Morning Routine: The Ansley Edit

Meet Ansley Bowman, Founder & CEO of Atlanta-based FACED The Facial Studio. She fell in love with Alchimie Forever when she discovered our Kantic Brightening Moisture Mask 10+ years ago, for its calming, nourishing, anti-inflammatory, and glow benefits. Today, our products are in all of her studio locations. Ansley’s morning routine is filled with protein, privileged time with her son, and her favorite Alchimie Forever products.

On wakeup time: “I start my days at 7 am and have 30 minutes to myself before the rest of my family wakes up and needs me.”

On morning beverages: “The first thing I do when I wake up is drink a glass of water, sometimes with lemon if I have it. I also love a shot of ginger, before moving to my iced coffee (year-round, always iced, with whole milk).”

On breakfast: “I love a full meal for breakfast, packed with protein. This sets me up for a successful day, regardless of whether I have time for lunch.”

On time with her son: “Morning time with my son is so precious. As a business owner, I am gone all day and often have events in the evening, so I cherish these morning moments, despite the messes and all the chaos.”

On running a business: “As a business owner, one of the first things I do every single morning (after coffee of course) is to look at key performance metrics. It grounds me both in the bigger picture and in the tactical priorities of the day.”
