‘Tis The Season For Self Love And Self Care!

While every month should be self care month… self love comes to the forefront in February, Valentine’s Day month. As Andre Gide says, “Loving yourself isn’t vanity – it’s sanity.” 

Here are some ways we will be caring for ourselves a little bit extra all month long. 

Giving ourselves a DIY facial. Nothing dulls the skin like dreary winter weather, so a weekly DIY facial treatment is especially important. Speaking of the body… Let’s treat our whole self, and remember that the skin of the body gets just as dry and dull as the skin on our face.
