This brightening oil-free gel tones and firms the neck, décolleté area, and arms, helping to impart a more toned and youthful appearance to this often-forgotten part of the body. Antioxidants derived from green tea and rosemary help prevent sun damage and lighten uneven pigmentation, in particular when applied under sunscreen.
