Shipping, processing and handling
All orders received before 1:30 pm EST Monday
through Friday will be processed the next business day, in the order
in which they are received. Orders received after 1:30 pm EST, during
week-ends or holidays, will be processed within two business days.
Our shipping carrier is UPS. UPS does not deliver during week-ends
or to PO Boxes.

shipped. In addition, you may check on the status

Ordering by phone
To order by phone using a major credit card,

Ordering by mail
To order by mail, please create a shopping
cart online. Before you checkout, please print the shopping cart
and mail it, along with a check for the appropriate amount made
payable to Alchimie Forever LLC, to Alchimie Forever LLC, 2440 M Street NW,
Suite 200, Washington, DC 20037. As soon as the check has cleared, we will
ship your order. Please note that ordering by mail will prolong the handling
and shipping process by approximately 5 business days.
Minimum order
There is no minimum order requirement.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
We accept exchanges and returns for store credit only within 5 days of purchase. We do not refund shipping and handling charges and do not pay for return shipping. Please include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days from notification.

Sales Tax
Internet sales to individuals residing within DC are subject to a 5.75% sales tax. Internet sales to all purchasers residing outside of DC do not require the collection of a tax.

and American Express, as well as personal checks (see ordering by
mail). All credit card and order information entered in the site
is encrypted, using industry-standard technology, until it reaches

Currently, Alchimie Forever ships products
only in the continental US. In Geneva, Switzerland, you may purchase
