Dr.
Luigi Polla
Dr. Polla pursued his medical studies
in Geneva, Switzerland. After obtaining his MD with a specialization
in dermatology, he moved to Boston, MA, for two years to gain expertise
in laser dermatology at the Wellman Laboratory, affiliated with
Massachusetts General Hospital.
Upon his return in 1986, he opened his solo dermatology practice,
and was soon recognized as a European expert and opinion leader
on laser treatments in dermatology.
In December 1997, Luigi and his wife Barbara transformed the dermatology
practice into a beauty institute, Forever Laser Institut, offering
not only traditional services but also laser treatments performed
under strict medical supervision.
Dr. Polla is the past president of the Swiss Society for Esthetic
Medicine, and a board member of the Committee on the International
Union of Esthetic Medicine. Dr. Polla is the author of numerous
articles on dermatology, laser surgery, and dermato-cosmetology.
