Shipping, processing and handling
All orders received before 1:30 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day, in the order in which they are received. Orders received after 1:30 pm EST, during week-ends or holidays, will be processed within two business days.
We ship using either Fedex or UPS; neither deliver during week-ends or to PO Boxes.

Order status
Once you place an order on our Website, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second confirmation email once your order has been shipped. In addition, you may check on the status of your order at any time on our Website by logging in to your account (My Account). Ordering by phone

Ordering by mail
We do not accept orders by mail. Please call (+1-202) 530-3930 or (+1-877) 920-SKIN (920-7546) between 9 am and 5 pm EST Monday through Friday to place your order.
Minimum order
There is no minimum order requirement.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations
We do not accept any exchanges or returns except in the case of a damaged product. In the case of a damaged product return, we must notified of this damage within 5 days of delivery of the product in order to process the exchange. In case of damaged product, we will only exchange the product for the exact product ordered. We do not pay for return shipping.
Once an order has been placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled.
Sales Tax
Internet sales to individuals residing within DC are subject to a 6% sales tax. Internet sales to individuals residing within NY are subject to a 8.875% sales tax. Internet sales to all purchasers residing outside of DC or NY do not require the collection of sales tax.
Payment and security
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All credit card and order information entered in the site is encrypted, using industry-standard technology, until it reaches our customer service department. International orders
Currently, Alchimie Forever ships products only in the continental US and in Canada. In Geneva, Switzerland, you may purchase our products at Forever Laser Institut (4 Place du Molard or 46 Rue du Rhône, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland), or by calling +41-22-319-0960. If you are located outside of the continental US or Switzerland, and would like to purchase our products, please email us at info@alchimie-forever.com.
