Alchimie, the modern French version of the Persian word kimie (in English, alchemy) is both a philosophy and an ancient practice focused on the attempt to change base metals into gold, metaphorically, a process of transformation, of beautification, of self-improvement and self-renovation.

Our commitment at Alchimie Forever is to help you become a better you through self care and skin care. We encourage you to spend time in your bathroom, to apply numerous lotions and potions, to enjoy taking care of yourself, of your face and of your body. Exfoliate, moisturize, use serums and masks… this is not about pampering, not only about looking good, but rather about feeling good.

Invest in your skin care, and don’t forget to take an extra five minutes to look at yourself in the mirror, smile at yourself, and tell yourself you are beautiful.

Our story
Alchimie Forever is the creation of my family, namely my parents and my three younger sisters. My father, Dr. Luigi Polla, a world-renowned dermatologist, was the first physician in Europe to offer laser technology. He opened his dermatology practice in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1986, and began by treating children suffering from hemangiomas and port wine stains. In 1997, he opened Forever Laser Institut, the first fully-integrated European medical day spa, and began focusing on cosmetic dermatology.

It is in the context of Forever Laser Institut that Alchimie Forever was born. To this day, our products remain 100% made in Switzerland. My mother, Dr. Barbara Polla, a biochemical researcher, is specialized in antioxidants, cellular stress and anti-aging technologies, including iron chelation and heat shock proteins. She is the force behind our new product creation and our research and development. She is also the one who taught me to take care of myself, to spend time in my bathroom, to be kind to myself. She taught me that looking good means feeling good means doing good.
